Spring Showcase Recap

This spring, we decided to host a spring event where we welcomed future brides, grooms, families, and friends to Woodhaven - and what a day it was!

This special event gave guests a one-of-a-kind opportunity to explore our scenic venue, sample delicious food, and connect with some of the best local wedding vendors in the region. Whether you're newly engaged or just starting to plan your dream day, this was the perfect way to envision a wedding at Woodhaven.

A Full Venue Tour

Visitors were invited to take a guided tour through our indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces, our spacious bridal suite, and our rustic-chic reception hall, all surrounded by Middle Tennessee's breathtaking natural beauty. Many guests commented on how peaceful and private the setting is—just the kind of atmosphere every couple wants for their big day.

Our team was on hand to answer questions, share availability, and offer insider tips on how to make the most of the venue’s many features.

Tasty Bites & Great Conversations

Guests enjoyed complimentary food samples throughout the afternoon, featuring selections from local caterers we often work with. It was a great chance to experience the kind of menu options you could offer at your own wedding here at Woodhaven.

This event also featured an impressive lineup of wedding professionals ready to help couples bring their vision to life. Many of the vendors who participated are part of our trusted network—vendors who know our venue well and help weddings here run seamlessly.
