These rates cover the following:
Access to the full venue which includes:
Catering kitchen
Restrooms
Covered porch, Bistro porch, and the Courtyard
Bridal Suite and Grooms Lounge
Get-ready snack area
Woodhaven’s custom tables and black folding chairs to seat up to 150
2 specialty tables
buffet tables upon request
up to 150 white ceremony chairs for the courtyard
Parking
Also note:
Times indicated must include decorating and clean-up
Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm and music must be turned off at this time. Cars must be removed from the property before 10:30pm or fines will result.
Damage deposit and fees for failure to comply with venue guidelines and rules apply
Rates do not include:
Cleaning fees ($800 for full venue)
Overnight rental of the Farmhouse (the Farmhouse may be rented separately at a
rate of $250/night)
Green room or Vendor Lounge
Ceremony set up in meadows (meadows are available and accessible for photos)
