Rates are subject to change and are not guaranteed until your booking is complete and non-refundable date reservation fee is received.

We have no guest minimum, no drink minimum, and no food minimum from the venue.

We have no hidden fees.

We request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds. The party paying for the rental is responsible for any damages to the venue or property incurred by the wedding party or guests.
ONE OPTION TO CONSIDER
Our venue team offers a Snack Pack/Breakfast package option for the guests in your wedding party. This is a way to ease your mind and take one thing off your list! This pack includes the following:

Arrival snack bar: Welcome your party to the venue on Friday afternoon with cookies or sweet snacks and a salty “munchy,” sodas and water from in the Banquet Hall. For happy hour beverages, please see the MORE INFORMATION page.

Grab-and-Go Breakfast: Start your day right with a Saturday simple continental/ grab-and-go style breakfast items offered for 1 hour for your wedding party and immediate family (up to 25 persons). You pick the time, and we lay it all out in the Banquet Hall.

The reservation must be made at the time of booking and is an additional $500.
As noted above, included in your venue booking is full weekend access and use of our renovated Farmhouse. If you need additional use of The Farmhouse prior to Friday’s arrival or following your wedding (Monday through Thursday), please check out our listing on VRBO here.
